This market has been pretty nuts, and values in the Parks of Aledo have continued to creep up. I wanted to update the sales and active market data for the Parks of Aledo. More information about the Parks of Aledo can be found on their Facebook page, and webpage.
I did this same post in January of 2021. Check it out and see how things are trending in Parks of Aledo

The absorption rate is amazing and the average days on market is the lowest we have seen over the years of doing these reports.
There are a lot of people moving into Texas and taking advantage of our housing prices. Aledo in general is just beginning its real explosion. I feel that values in established neighborhoods are going to contonue to do well, and one of the reasons we like the Parks of Aledo.
Remember, these reports are just relfecting the homes sold through the MLS. There are also build-job sales, and off-market sales. Just means that things are very, very active.
Values are not going anywhere, and inventory is still low. We generally see activity drop off mid-August – but I am not going to pretend to predict trends in this market.
Call us if you are curious about the neighborhood or would like to see some homes.
