With the pandemic surge of new residents in Aledo leveling out (well the surge might be, but the growth will be happening for years to come) we are seeing our market cycles settle into their traditional patterns:

Most actvity is between Spring Break and August.

So, to see that we are not currently flooded with inventory at the start of the selling season is a great sign. Absorption rate is good considering lower sales volumes in the last 3-6 months. 

All in all, Parks of Aledo continues to be a great investment, and place to settle.
