If you take a look at the April post that is linked above, you can see the trend for this selling season is staying pretty consistent. Houses are not selling as quickly as last year or the year before, but those were anomalies. These days on market and general inventory numbers are more normal and average. That may be frustrating to some people, but all in all we are still an extremly healthy market that is still seeing values go up.
