Let’s look at some sales comps for this great home for sale in Ryan Place. It is located at 3051 Ryan Place Dr (click for all photos and further listing information).
I ran some comps of recent sales in the area. Here is a breakdown of 3 recent sales of similar homes within less than 1/4 mile of our listing:

I understand that price adjustment based on square footage would be made, but it appears that our pricing is well within the valid comparable sales.
