In the early stages of this community, these are all builder sales. A lot of the available inventory is not even built yet, which is why you see a discrepancy between the average days on market of the sold properties vs. the available properties. 14 of the 34 available homes are finished homes. And builders don’t like vacant “spec” homes, so there is an opportunity to get a great deal.
