This development could not be duplicated. Ever. Again. The partnership purchased the land over 12 years ago, when land was a little more affordable. Also at the time, the Chisholm Trail Toll-road was an idea, but not anywhere close to being a reality. Access to Rocky Creek from 377 was fine, but took about 35 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. With the Toll-road, it is about 15-20 minutes tops. I can leave my office at Camp Bowie and Montgomery and be there in 18 minutes.
So when you have that kind of proximity, not only to downtown, but to everything Southwest Fort Worth has to offer – Waterside, Shops at Clear Fork, Hulen Mall – land and housing does not come cheap. So to have 10+ acre lots in a gated community only 15 minutes from some of the best Fort Worth has to offer – it is a gift. Close to town, but not to neighbors. . . . Not for everyone, but if you are wanting a little seclusion and privacy it is for you.
