We have a great home that is for sale at 3051 Ryan Place Dr. Basic specs are that it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,430 square feet. This home is newer construction and asking price of $310,000.

If you are unfamiliar with the Ryan Place Addition, it is located just south of downtown, immediately adjacent to the Fairmount Historical District and Fort Worth’s Near Southside.

Magnolia Street is known for its local restaurants and culture. This is a part of Fort Worth that is not “corporate feeling”. Yes, there are world renowned hospital facilities and businesses in the area, but it is a great local vibe. More mom and pop and less national chain. Think good music scene, arts festivals etc. 

I like to give people some perspective on if the property is a good investment or not based on some historical sales data. So, let’s take a look at values over the last 5 years for 2 bathroom homes, under 2,250 sf in Ryan Place Addition in Fort Worth.
