Spencer was provided to us by my relocation company as an approved realtor for the area. He was a vast improvement over the people I had been dealing with up to that point. He made time to meet with us and helped us to feel comfortable with the large investment we were about to make. We were ableto view 14 properties in a single day and found the property we bought on the first viewing. His method of prioritizing houses cut right to the chase.
