I was lucky enough to be assigned Spencer Perry through my companies relocation services when my family was relocated to Fort Worth in early 2015. Spencer was very helpful throughout the entire process! He was always prompt to respond to any questions we had and he worked hard to accommodate our schedules when we were able to fit in a house hunting trip. Spencer paid attention to our preferences, budget and concerns with our new home and that was obvious in all of the properties he showed us. Spencer knows the DFW area extremely well and is very in tune with the local market. Once we found the place we loved, Spencer did an excellent job at negotiating our initial contract as well as any adjustments that came up after inspections and the appraisal. We ended up in a hidden gem of a neighborhood in Fort Worth that we absolutely love.
It felt like we were working with a close friend who took our best interests to heart from start to finish. We have already recommended Spencer Perry to multiple friends who relocated with us and they had great experiences with him as well. Next time we need a realtor, we will definitely go with Spencer and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
