Spencer was an enormous help to me as a first time home buyer. He was trustworthy and very informative, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. 

I really appreciate the time he took to explain all aspects of what was at first (to me, anyway) a bewildering process. As a result, everything went smoothly and there were no unpleasant surprises – I always felt that I had been given the information I needed to make informed choices.

I love my new place and don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but when I do, I’ll know who to call.
