I have been working with Spencer for the past 6 months on 43 apartment units in three complexes. He has a great team and good processes in place for both leasing and sales. He is very honest and will tell you the best way to do something even if it means he will lose out on some income. Solid guy and a straight shooter. I enjoy working with his whole team!George C.
