Ben and Abbi M.I highly recommend Spencer. We hired him to both sell our house and buy our new one. He sold our house in this bad economy at a new record for $/sqft on our block and in about 4 weeks. When buying our house, he effectively negotiated on our behalf to get the sellers to come below their final offer. We thought we had lost the deal, but Spencer delivered much to our surprise and appreciation. He and Joseph have to be considered one of the top teams in Fort Worth.
