This is the 3rd and 4th buy/sell transaction where we have used Spencer and/or his associate, Brooke. They are excellent to work with for a number of reasons. Both Spencer and Brooke are very responsive, giving great insight into the negotiation process. They both listened to what we were hoping to accomplish and facilitated every detail from marketing to staging to sale. I would also mention that Ashley and Whitney were very helpful. This is a great team! We will absolutely use them again when the need arises, not just because of their expertise, but because they are fantastic people.Kristen B.
