This is the second time in the last 4 years that we have used Spencer for our real estate needs, the first time was just buying our first home, this time was buying and selling at the same time. Although the process was stressful Spencer assured us throughout the entire time. We ended up closing on both houses the same day and the process could not have gone more smoothly. We hope to be in our current house for a long time but if not we will gladly use Spencer and his team againMichael N.
