The absorption rate is very good. It was at 1 month in July last year. This is just the beginning of the selling season in Aledo, so hopefully there is an inventory increase. It has been great for sellers, and will continue in that trendthis year. 

Remember, these reports are just relfecting the homes sold through the MLS. There are also build-job sales, and off-market sales. Just means that things are very, very active.
