We are seeing the trends move back towards what is normal. Pre-Pandemic, this amount of inventory, and days on market was not abnormal. We had a very strong run for many years, and mid 2020-2022 was quite the ride. The appreciation rate of home sales values spiked, and I believe we will see that level off. We love our neighborhood and are still bullish on it! Sellers are going to have be patient, and will have to be negotiable when it comes to price.
